The University of Arizona (UA), USA, has announced the first two Endowed Chairs enabled by the Distinguished Endowed Chair in Optical Sciences fund. Congratulations to OSA Fellows David J. Brady and James T. Schwiegerling for being named the inaugural holders of the J.W. and H.M. Goodman Endowed Chair and the Robert R. Shannon Endowed Chair in Optical Sciences.
