On 11 February, OSA Student Chapters around the world once again helped celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This year, the OSA Foundation (OSAF) provided funding to 14 chapters in 11 countries to fund programs that recognized the efforts of women in optics and photonics and worked to inspire the next generation of women scientists. Visit the OSA Discover blog to learn more about the programs as well as about other OSA efforts surrounding diversity and inclusion.
